    Absolutely love this candle in the orange print with Australian Bush fragrance. The smell is delicious and when lit at night creates a beautiful colour reflection from the glass. Julie is so helpful and knowledgeable about her products and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This will not be my only purchase, I’m hooked now and can’t wait to try more products.

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship within Australia.

We would like to ship overseas but each candle is almost 1kg once fully packaged and the costs of overseas shipping become prohibitive.

How much does it cost?

We ship anywhere within Australia for a flat rate of $9.90.

I live in Brisbane. Can I pick up?

Yes. Local pickup is free and available from Stafford Heights, Brisbane 4053 by appointment. Appointment times will vary but are generally available Mon-Fri 5:00pm-7:00pm and various times on the weekend.

Choose “Local pickup” on the Cart page. When your order is ready we will contact you with the address.

How long will it take?

We are able to pack and despatch most orders for in stock items within 2 days. Occasionally, this may take up to 7 days if the product you ordered is not in stock. Once we despatch your order from our store, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Shipping is from Brisbane and will generally take longer the further you are from Brisbane.

Capital cities

  • Greater Brisbane: 1-3 days
  • Most other capital cities: 3-8 days
  • Perth & Darwin: 7-15 days

Regional and remote areas

  • Regional Queensland: 2-7 days
  • Northern NSW: 3-7 days
  • Other regional areas: 8-15 days


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We aim to package your product so that it is protected during transit, however, we ask that you inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any claim for faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be received within 21 days of delivery.

Faulty/damaged items

If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. We will assess the claim and offer either a replacement or a credit/refund.

Incorrect items

If you have received an incorrect item, please email quoting your order number and include a photo of the incorrect item. We will contact you to arrange return of the item (at our expense) and organise for the correct item to be delivered.

Change of mind

We are confident that you will love your new candle but we understand that sometimes you may feel that your chosen fragrance is not quite right for you. You are welcome to exchange your candle within 7 days of receipt. Please email to arrange the exchange. The item must be unused in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Please note that that you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Also note that the exchange will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to the customer not taking appropriate care in packaging when returning the product.
