Reed diffusers are a wonderful way to fill any space in your home with a continuous long-lasting aromatic fragrance.

How do they work? The fragrance oil blend is drawn up through the natural reeds sticks where the fragrance is gently released into the air making any space smell divine. Recommended to flip the reeds when the fragrance becomes mild (make sure you don’t get any on your skin or eyes).

Provided in gorgeous clear jar, natural reed diffuser sticks and presented in a beautiful box. Matches perfectly with our candle range.

    Absolutely love my diffuser with Australian Bush scent! I was staying at the Crocodile Hunter Lodge and they had this in my cabin. The scent was amazing clean, crisp and fresh! I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I researched it and found Pure Glo and the owner went above and beyond to mail it to me before I left the country. I am very happy here in NJ, USA to have on my desk this diffuser and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys having scented rooms in their office or home.

Shipping

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship within Australia.

We would like to ship overseas but each candle is almost 1kg once fully packaged and the costs of overseas shipping become prohibitive.

How much does it cost?

We ship anywhere within Australia for a flat rate of $9.90.

I live in Brisbane. Can I pick up?

Unfortunately, our Click and Collect service is currently unavailable. We are looking into an alternative and will enable it again when we can.

How long will it take?
We are able to pack and despatch most orders for in stock items within 2 days. Occasionally, this may take up to 7 days if the product you ordered is not in stock. Once we despatch your order from our store, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Shipping is from Brisbane and will generally take longer the further you are from Brisbane.

Capital cities

  • Greater Brisbane: 1-3 days
  • Most other capital cities: 3-8 days
  • Perth & Darwin: 7-15 days

Regional and remote areas

  • Regional Queensland: 2-7 days
  • Northern NSW: 3-7 days
  • Other regional areas: 8-15 days

Returns

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We aim to package your product so that it is protected during transit, however, we ask that you inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any claim for faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be received within 21 days of delivery.

Faulty/damaged items

If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to info@pureglo.com.au quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. We will assess the claim and offer either a replacement or a credit/refund.

Incorrect items

If you have received an incorrect item, please email info@pureglo.com.au quoting your order number and include a photo of the incorrect item. We will contact you to arrange return of the item (at our expense) and organise for the correct item to be delivered.

Change of mind

We are confident that you will love your new candle but we understand that sometimes you may feel that your chosen fragrance is not quite right for you. You are welcome to exchange your candle within 7 days of receipt. Please email info@pureglo.com.au to arrange the exchange. The item must be unused in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Please note that that you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Also note that the exchange will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to the customer not taking appropriate care in packaging when returning the product.
